Janice P. Anderson, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Janice Anderson is an experienced business leader, strategist, and entrepreneur with an impressive track record in technology marketing and global operations. Her extensive career includes executive management positions in communications and enterprise software, with Onyx Software, Lucent Technologies, and Lucent's predecessor organization AT&T Corporation, as well as with two technology startups.
In her most recent role as chairman and CEO for Onyx Software, Anderson and her team were able to deliver record profit, introduce new product lines, and reposition the company as a solutions provider to medium and large companies. As vice president of Lucent's CRM solutions business unit, Anderson led a team of nearly 2,000 employees that were focused on developing and delivering a broad range of solutions and services to customers across multiple industries. Under her leadership, revenue more than doubled and the unit attained the number-one market position in every major global market.
Anderson has a BA in Commerce from the University of Toronto and an MBA in Finance and Strategy from York University. |

Randy Kuckuck, Chief Operations Officer
Randy Kuckuck brings over twenty years of experience in the printing and publishing sector, including Millenia Graphics, BookCrafters and Scarborough House Publishers. Prior to Muze, Kuckuck was vp of operations for All Music Guide (AMG). He previously held senior positions at Millennia Graphics and BooksCrafters, has done business consulting and has worked as an attorney.
Kuckuck holds a JD from Loyola Marymount Law School and a BA in Political Science from Michigan State University. |

Thomas Goldsworthy, Chief Financial Officer
Before joining Muze in 1999, Thomas Goldsworthy worked in the financial industry where for fifteen years he held investment banking positions at J.P. Morgan Chase, Drexel Burnham Lambert and Deutsche Bank/Bankers Trust. He was also an officer at a private equity investment firm and CFO of Robocast, Inc., an internet software company.
Goldsworthy holds an MBA in Finance from University of Chicago, and a BA in Economics & History from Yale University. |

Vladimir Bogdanov, Chief Technology Officer
Vladimir Bogdanov is our chief technology evangelist, lead architect, and point man for technology initiatives in the rapidly-evolving entertainment media landscape. Bogdanov was co-founder, president, and chief technology architect for All Media Guide, where he served until Fall of 2003. For the past 3 years, Bogdanov has served as CIO of Musicland Group and, more recently, founded a new company, Life in Prints. His extensive experience in databases and technology is crucial to helping us turn our vision into reality.
Bogdanov holds a PhD in Mathematics and Statistics. |

Lee Ho, Vice President, Marketing
Lee Ho brings more than twelve years of marketing and business development experience to Muze. Ho has global responsiblity for Muze's product and corporate marketing. An experienced marketing executive with a proven track record of helping companies to achieve business and market growth, he was previously the vp of corporate marketing and strategic alliances with Panorama Software, an enterprise business intelligence software provider. There, he developed marketing programs that contributed to the company's double digit growth for four consecutive years. Ho's previous roles have also included product management, market strategy, and business development for Brightspark Labs, BackWeb Technologies and US West Multimedia.
Ho holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Communications from the University of Colorado. |

Richard Pasewark, Vice President, Sales
Richard Pasewark brings 18 years of sales, marketing, and go-to-market leadership experience to his role at Muze. Pasewark's diverse background spans the creative and enterprise solutions space including leading the launch of new Web Services and multichannel publishing products to the graphic arts, publishing, and enterprise software markets. Pasewark is the former SVP of sales and marketing at Quark, where he led the successful introduction of new channel programs and partnerships from a marketing, sales, and operations perspective. Prior to that, as VP of sales and marketing at XyEnterprise, a startup, he led the launch of new content management technologies that drove profitability. Pasewark has also held sales, marketing, and technical positions at Adobe, Frame Technology, and EDS.
Pasewark holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (major) and Economics (minor) from Gettysburg College. |
